Illustech was established in 1988, as a result of the demand for superior quality standards in Technical Documentation design, layout and presentation. Illustech’s core business activities centre around the production of Training, Maintenance, Operators, Instruction and Parts manuals, with the emphasis on the creation of Three Dimensional Illustrations and Artwork required for these manuals and catalogues.
Contracts have been undertaken and successfully completed in South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Nigeria, Mauritania, Australia, Belgium and the United States.
Rick du Toit, the managing director of the business, comes from an Industrial Design background encompassing the Medical and Aircraft Industries, and is a member of the South African Institute of Materials Handling, the South African Capital Equipment Export Council and has been accepted as a member company of the Proudly South African campaign.
Illustech has retained and re-honed its skills and focus as market leader for the supply of Premium Tools for the creation and distribution of Technical Documentation to this Industry, and has served many satisfied clients continually for more that 20 years.
